Q: What do the Condo Fees cover?

Q: What items in my unit am I responsible for as the owner?

he owners responsibilities include but are not limited to most anything from the drywall inside the unit; windows and doors, furnace, hot water heater and appliances. Any modifications to the exterior of the Unit building, load-bearing walls, plumbing, electrical, as well as some other items require written approval from the Condo Board of Directors. Owners are obligated to understand and abide by the Condo Bylaws and will be held accountable to the Bylaws; if you are still unsure of the obligations please contact the Board of Directors via the Board Email.
